Parking is provided but must be arranged prior to your visit. Depending on the type of vehicle traveled in and any tools or items brought with you, we need to know the plans for vehicles and prepare proper parking of all vehicles. If you are bringing an RV, our recommendation is to contact one of the many RV parks in the Gatlinburg area for the best accommodations. No dumping would be allowed in our lot or premise.
Tools are an important item that need to be kept and cared for. There will be an area provided for tool storage. We ask that an inventory of tools being brought be provided before your visit and then accounted for upon your checkout of our host church.
Housekeeping policies will be provided from your Hospitality Team upon arrival. Your accommodations will be clean upon your arrival. We do expect housekeeping to be in place during your stay and a list of housekeeping chores will be presented for assurance of completion before the volunteer group checks out. This helps us keep costs down and provides comfort for all groups who come.
A Fire Safety Plan will be presented to you upon greeting by your Hospitality Team Host and will be in the church directory for your knowledge and safety.
