Accommodations at OSLC, Host Church include 20 bunk beds. We ask that you bring your own bedroll, pillow and linens. The beds are twin size beds.
There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker as well as a variety of dishes, pots and pans available for your use.
Showers:
WIFI is available at the church. A security key will be provided upon arrival.
A reading room for quiet time is provided in our library.
A pantry, which will include first aid items, non-perishable food items, laundry and cleaning items will be available. This pantry is designed to provide items that may be needed during your group’s trip to Gatlinburg. The pantry is not designed to provide every meal for the group. See our meal planning page for what to expect during your volunteer trip.
Please bring:
1. Double-size bed roll, linens and pillow.
2. Towel and washcloth
3. Personal toiletry items.

A fee of $25.00 per person per night is asked of groups. This fee covers additional electric, gas, water and other essential expenses that are incurred through the response effort. Every effort is made to make it possible for your volunteer team to be able to take part in this opportunity to be God’s Hands in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
The payment check should be made to Lutheran Disaster Response in the amount agreed upon through your registration. The check should be mailed to the Synod Lutheran Disaster Response team at:
